The Margaret Hunt Hill bridge in Dallas is designed by Spanish architect Santiago Calatrava and has become an architectural icon for the city.


Designed by the Spanish architect Santiago Calatrava and completed in 2012, the Margaret Hunt Hill bridge provides dramatic views of the Dallas skyline. This is the first of two Dallas bridges designed by the architect, the I-30 Margaret McDermott bridge, due to be completed in 2017, can be seen just to the south also crossing the Trinity River.
