I assumed these were Brachyscome daisies - until I tried to identify the species. They are rare Yellow Tongue Daisies (Brachyscome Chrysoglossa).
Brachyscome daisies are common in Australia, often seen in gardens. There are a number of different species - all with blue or purple flowers - so these yellow ones are quite unusual.
