Granite buried in alpine vegetation as twilight brings the end to a Summers day, Kosciuszko National Park, NSW Australia

I think I have a fascination for rounded objects in nature. This rock is more oblong but from this angle it appears round. I also like the way its half buried in the surrounding vegetation, almost as if the vegetation is claiming it or ready to shot it off into the sky. The left hand ridge of vegetation that stretches to the rock is an important part of the composition. Alpa 12SWA, Schneider 24mmXL, Leaf 75s, .9ND Grad, f11@ 2sec
