(April 28, 2017) Missile Technician 3rd Class David Rangel, assigned to the ballistic missile submarine, USS Maine (SSBN-741), removes a giant Jenga block after answering a question correctly during the 5th Annual Sexual Assault Awareness Prevention and Response Challenge. The Challenge is designed to increase military and civilian personnel's understanding of sexual assault and educate them on prevention methods.
