The vine is rustless, very vigorous, bearing near the center many clusters, some of which extend above the foliage. When young the pods are brittle, crisp and tender. The dried beans are kidney shape, clear white and excellent for baking. It is considered one of the very best for shipping as snap beans and of the greatest value for either the market or home garden. The length, perfect shape and fine color of the pods and the clear white seeds, make this variety one of the ry best for Black Wax—This variety is also sometimes called Prolific German Black Wax. vWe are thoroughly satisfied that it is a great improvement over the old strain of Black Wax Bean and, therefore, have discarded that variety, this being more vigorous, far more productive and with longer, whiter, more fleshy pods. Pods three to four inches in length, usually curved, quite round ; mea'y, brittle and entirely string less ; deep golden yellow, of excellent quality. The dried Jseans are rather small, and oblong in shape. A very popular variety. New YorK State Golden Wax—"We do not believe there is a better gold
