Evgeniy Timofeevich Milaev (born February 22, 1910 and died on April 7, 1983 in Moscow), was a Russian circus artist, People's Artist of the USSR (1969). He was a gymnast, acrobat and clown. In the 1950s he was the leader of the ropewalkers. In 1977 he became the artistic leader and director of Moscow Circus.
