PENSACOLA, Fla. (November 16, 2018) The Center for Information Warfare Training (CIWT) selected Mario Vulcano, course manager and Cryptologic Warfare Officer Basic Course primary instructor at Information Warfare Training Command Corry Station, as its 2018 third quarter Civilian Instructor of the Quarter. CIWT delivers trained information warfare professionals to the Navy and joint services, enabling optimal performance of information warfare across the full spectrum of military operations.
