The most wide spread Langur in India. the common or Hanuman Langur is silver grey with a black face. Venerated by Hindus as a god,it is commonly recognised by most Indians. There are several races of Hanuman Langur, differing in colour and size. Scientists are currently debating whether this Langur is a single species with several subspecies, or whether these are different species
