Geese and sand castles by Thames Embankment


At low tide, this part of the Thames Embankment, between Waterloo and Millbank, can look like a regular sea-side resort. Strange and unusual sights can often be seen here. Here we see a man racing the tide to construct a doomed sand castle, whilst the two Canada Geese look distinctly unimpressed by his efforts.
