Lieutenant Fabian Handy is responsible for providing leadership and guidance to more than 170 personnel at Base Boston and nine Electronics Systems Support Detachments across seven states. Recognized at the National level for continuing the tradition of outstanding leadership and mentoring exemplified by CDR John P. Dailey, Handy was a finalist for the 2020 CDR John P. Dailey Award for Leadership and Mentorship within the C4IT Community.
