Rabbi Nachum Shifren, a controversial rabbi from California, visited London in October 2010 to speak at the Israeli embassy. The English Defence League (EDL) held a rally outside the embassy to support Rabbi Shifren as they share his views on Islam and Muslims. Rabbi Shifren and the EDL see Islam as a threat to the west.
