Bricked up windows in old warehouses in Liverpool dock area, A run down area, once a busy service area for the adjacent Liverpool Docks. The area fell into decline as the trade moved to the nearby Seaforth Container Terminal. The area known as the Baltic Triangle is currently ( 2012 ) being regenerated and is an area for small businesses and arts & culture.
