Marine Corps Lt. Gen. Larry D. Nicholson visits Marines participating in the Japan Self-Defense Force Marching Band Festival Nov. 11 in Tokyo, Japan. The festival provides opportunity for military bands from multiple nations to bond through music and military culture. Military bands from the , Japan and Republic of Korea are scheduled to perform Nov. 12-15 at the Nippon Budokan Arena in Tokyo.
