The operations of the Union extend over the whole ofRus-sia. Apart from the Central Offices in Moscow, iLhas agencies in Rostov on Don, Kiev, Bielaya Zerkov,and Odessa; it has also a temporary bureau at the Nijni-Novgorod Fair, purchasing depots at Rybinsk and Arch-angel.
