TRINCOMALEE, SRI LANKA (Nov. 25, 2016) Petty Officer 3rd Class Istvan Gazso, from Barberton, Ohio, receives new collar devices from Petty Officer 3rd Class Curtis Lacey, from Cleveland, Ohio, during a frocking ceremony on the flight deck of the amphibious transport dock ship USS Somerset (LPD 25). Forty-two Somerset Sailors advanced to the next paygrade during the ceremony, which was held as the ship operated in the 7th Fleet area of operations in support of security and stability in the Indo-Asia-Pacific region.
