NAVAL STATION ROTA, Spain (Feb. 13, 2015) Equipment Operator 2nd Class Earnest Wilson, assigned to Naval Mobile Construction Battalion (NMCB) 11, walks the perimeter of the Helicopter Landing Zone (HLZ) to place markers on the corners, Feb. 13, 2015. The HLZ project, once finished, will assist in the bilateral training with the Spanish military, Explosive Ordnance Disposal and will not interfere with the main airstrip of Naval Station Rota.
