Army Col. Raymond Strawbridge, South Carolina Army National Guard Strategic Plans, Policy and Programs director, celebrated 28 years of exemplary military service during a retirement ceremony hosted at The Adjutant General Building in Columbia, South Carolina, Aug. 6, 2016. Army Maj. Gen. Gregory W. Batts, Assistant Adjutant General for , presided over the ceremony and other National Guards’ leaders attended the event and recognized Strawbridge's leadership and service.
