View of the old Town Hall on Frankfurt's Romerplatz in the old Romer quarter of the town. The square is an important and busy tourist attraction and hosts many events at the weekend including beer and music festivals and the annual Christmas fair. The area was completely destroyed during World War II and the buildings all date from the 1950s onwards.
