The Giant-Flowering varieties are very ornamental when flowered in pots, after potting they should be watered well and placed in a cool cellar until well rooted and then brought to the light in a cool room until in bloom. They will not flower if forced in a high tem- perature. Giant-Flowering Crocus Caesar. Very large flowers of rich purple. Kathleen Parlow. The finest pure white, extra large cup-shaped flowers with orange anthers. Mammoth Yellow. Golden yellow, producing a mass of flowers. Pallas. Prettily striped lilac on a white ground; orange anthers. Purpurea Grandiflora. The richest purple of the standard sorts. Queen of the Blues. A pleasing shade of deep lavender. Price.
