Biggar, Scotland 29th December 2019:: Building the Biggar Hogmanay bonfire in the centre of the town continues. The build started on 1st December and will continue throughout the month. The fire, which will be the biggest Hogmanay bonfire anywhere in the UK, will be lit at on 31st December.
