Spc. Jeremy Gravdahl, from Bemidji, Minn., constructs a deck at Camp Army Life Support Area, Kuwait for the Camp Chapel. Soldiers, like Gravdahl, develop non-military specific skills during a deployment which are often overlooked by soldier themselves and employers as they seek employment. The employment working group put together by his unit focuses on highlighting soft skills. Gravdahl is deployed with the 134th Brigade Support Battalion, Minnesota Army National Guard and will return home early summer 2012. Combating unemployment 110906-A-XY792-021
