Butunder the head, Open Forum suchan article would be neither out ofplace nor inappropriate. Just why the Echo has never had such a column, we do not know, hut it is the desire of the present staff to establish the Open Forum pro vided the students will take suili- I cient interest to make it a fcalure \ column.
