A flintlock pepperbox revolver, Henry Nock in London, circa 1800. Group of seven short screw barrels with London proof marks stamped on the base. The receiver is engraved with the signature," H. Nock London" in a trophy bundle, and has two side-mounted set-screws. Central cock with a slide safety. A latch for the barrel group on the left side. Walnut grip. Length 22 cm. Henry Nock (1741 - 1804), London guild master, did work for numerous crowned heads. Cf.
