Mynydd Gorddu Wind Farm near Talybont Ceredigion producing electricity for part of West Wales
Brings in much needed additional revenue for farmers who graze their cattle and sheep on the surrounding pasture. Electricity produced by the wind turbines flows along underground cables to a substation on the site. The electricity is then carried into the local grid network for use in local homes, schools and businesses.
