Mackerel fillets cooked with Harissa paste based on a recipe from the BBC Good Food website. The mackerel fillets are dusted with flour and smoked paprika and fried. Orange zest, olive oil, orange juice and Harrisa paste are added to the pan and reduced. The fillet is then served sprinkled with toasted pine nuts and chopped coriander. The fillets came from a mackerel caught beach fishing with rod and line from Chesil beach in Dorset. Mackerel are a good source of Omega 3 fish oils. The species here is Scomber scombrus.
