Adapted, as its name implies, for wooded or shaded meadows or lawns, especially for moist ground. Much relished by cattle and highly nutritious. Creeping Bent Grass (Agrostis stolon ifern) Excellent for lawns, succeeds well in all positions, makes a low velvetv growth.
