Infected wound on the leg of an 81 year old diabetic patient after the vein was harvested for a coronary artery bypass graft (CABG). The infection is with Pseudomonas sp bacteria. During CABG a healthy vein is attached to the diseased coronary artery of the heart, bypassing the blocked coronary artery.
