Col. Michael Garlington, commander of Crane Army Ammunition Activity, presented the Joint Munitions Command 2017 MG John C. Raaen Jr. Achievement Award to Norman Thomas, the deputy to the commander at Crane Army, during a JMC Town Hall April 11. The award highlights Thomas' three decades of service to the Army and his exemplary contributions to CAAA.
