General Glenn M. Walters, Assistant Commandant of the Marine Corps, prepares to present the Fiscal Year 2016 Superior Achiever Award alongside the Leaders of the Eastern Recruiting Region during the Superior Achiever Award Ceremony at Naval Base Point Loma, Dec. 8. All recipients received an engraved plaque and a Superior Achievement Award recognizing their sustained superior performance and contribution to the Marine Corps recruiting effort.
