It is 22i inches on the convex side, is 2.^ inclies at the large, and § inch at the small, end. It is open at the small end with a projecting dowel tube to receive the moutlipiece, which is, however, lost, as is the case with all these instruments. There is a small, solid, ring loop as though for chain or cord for suspension. It was found near Cloghoughtcr Castle, County Cavan, associated with two others.
