Monumental city gate at Blaundus ancient site in Usak province of Turkey. View at sunset light. The gate is the most durable structure of Blaundos, covered with rubble filling and external blocks. This arched and towered gate was built during the Hellenistic period and was rebuilt during the Roman era with various additions and modifications using spolia in late antiquity.
