Sailors and Marines with Special Purpose Marine Air-Ground Task Force – Crisis Response – Central Command carry a Marine with a simulated injury into a high mobility multipurpose wheeled vehicle while forward deployed in the Middle East, Aug. 17, 2017. Service members with Combat Logistics Detachment 1 conducted the casualty evacuation exercise to stay proficient in the triage, care and transportation of patients until they reach a higher echelon of care.
