Gas Works outside Bedhenham Road Bridgemary residents were enraged this week after a three-month gas main replacement project began outside a primary school in the first week of term. Southern Gas Network contractors where due to begin the project in Bridgemary on August 7, but delays meant the road did not start to be dug up until August 20 The scheme has been installing new gas main from Bramer Road to the junction of the Bridgemary Avenue close to The Bedenham Primary School.
