Michael Donnelly, the commanding officer of the Navy’s forward-deployed aircraft carrier USS Ronald Reagan (CVN 76) answers questions from media as the carrier returns to Fleet Activities (FLEACT) Yokosuka. FLEACT Yokosuka provides, maintains, and operates base facilities and services in support of 7th Fleet’s forward-deployed naval forces, 71 tenant commands, and 27,000 military and civilian personnel.
