Limestone ledges at Kimmeridge Bay, Dorset.

The limestone ledges in the centre of image are gradually exposed as the tide ebbs at Kimmeridge Bay, Dorset, part of the Jurassic World Heritage Coastline. As the tide recedes further, rock pools appear, making this one of the best rock pooling and fossil hunting beaches in the UK.
