The Cascades are a series of pretty waterfalls in the Mahai Valley of the Royal Natal section of the Drakensberg uKhahlamba National Park. Royal Natal national park was founded in 1916. It covers over 8,000 hectares including the Drakensberg Mountains, the highest range of mountains in South Africa.
