At the top of the show is the title of the print in a cartouche on either side of which the mutilated bodies of the De Witt brothers are hanging. The print was published as part of the pamphlet 'Het Ondersoeck of the Spirits' by Jacob de Lambre (Knuttel 10421). On the pamphlet is by hand the date 1675 15 Feb.
