FORT IRWIN, Calif. – Troopers from Assassin Troop, 1st Squadron, 11th Armored Cavalry Regiment, exfil from a UH-60 Black Hawk helicopter during their assault on an objective near the village of Nur in the National Training Center, May 4, 2017. The purpose of this phase of NTC Rotation 17-06 challenged the Dagger Brigade’s competence in defending an objective against a hybrid-force consisting of conventional and non-conventional forces.
