Bony prominences aboutboth wrists, ankles, knees, scapulae and clav-icles. No pain or discomfort of any kind. Nosoreness, no tenderness, no evidence of in-flammation. Physical Examination. Height 4 feet 8inches, weight 82 pounds. Patient a cheerful,alert, intelligent-looking boy. Long loose ex-tremities, good free and easy function of alljoints. Hyperextention of 10 to 15 degrees at elbows. Upper extremities seem slightlyshorter than normal. Moderate hypophysis,prominent bony enlargements at wrists,knees, and ankle joints, over the clavicles andinferior angle of left scapulae. No apparentenlargement of the thyroid. Von Grafes andStellwags signs present. Tonsils enlargedand the cheesy material exuded. Wide areabetween uvula and post-pharyngeal wallsuggested adenoids.
