Local school children get a kick out of the antics of Cryptologic Technician Collection Seaman Herschel Moore, a native of Bandera, Texas, and a member of the Navy Misawa Snow Sculpture team. The team traveled from Naval Air Facility Misawa to Sapporo in order represent the base during the festival, and to build its annual snow sculpture submission.
