This monument was inaugurated on September 13, 2011. It is located on October Revolution Street, in Volkonsky Square. In 2009, a competition was announced for the production of the project and the monument. The winner of this competition was the creative team of architect Yuri Volchok and sculptor Mikhail Pereyaslavets.
