Region VII Best Warrior competitors prepare for the fitness event at the Army National Guard's Region VII Best Warrior Competition at Fort Carson, Colorado Springs, Colorado, May 17-20, 2021. The fitness test consisted of eight events, primarily upper body, followed by a three mile run. Sixteen elite Noncommissioned officers and Soldiers from eight states and territories compete in this competition.
