CBP officers discovered the alleged narcotics, valued at approximately $34,000, hidden within a black 2002 Jeep Liberty. The seizure took place on Monday, April 3, at Gateway International Bridge when a 26-year-old female United States citizen who resides in Morris, Illinois, applied for entry into the United States driving a black 2002 Jeep Liberty. CBP officers discovered the alleged narcotics, valued at approximately $34,000, hidden within a black 2002 Jeep Liberty. The seizure took place on Monday, April 3, at Gateway International Bridge when a 26-year-old female United States citizen who resides in Morris, Illinois, applied for entry into the United States driving a black 2002 Jeep Liberty. CBP officers seized the narcotics along with the vehicle, arrested the driver and turned her over to the custody of Homeland Security Investigations (HSI) special agents for further investigation.
