Randolph Reed, Submarine Group 7 Deputy Chief of Staff for Plans, Exercises & Engagement, gives a brief to members of the Indonesian Navy during staff talks in Surabaya, Indonesia. During the staff talks, headed by Rear Adm. Jimmy Pitts, Commander, Submarine Group 7, personnel from both nations will exchange best practices on submarine force tactics and crisis response.
