AKSAZ, Turkey (Nov. 04, 2013) - Fire Controlman 1st Class Robert Garland performs a maintenance check on the SPS-62 radar aboard the Arleigh Burke-class guided-missile destroyer USS Stout (DDG 55) during exercise Dogu Akdeniz 13. Stout was invited to participate in Dogu Akdeniz 13, an annual Turkish-led naval training exercise, with forces from the Turkish Coast Guard, Turkish Air Force and ships from Standing NATO Maritime Group 2 (SNMG2).
