The iconic K2 red telephone box payphone in a London residential street

A red K2 telephone box designed by Sir Giles Gilbert Scott in a London residential street in autumn. K2 cast-iron telephone kiosks, designed by Giles Gilbert Scott in 1927, are distinguished by their domed roof, perforated crowns in the top panel and glazing bars to windows and doors. A small brass plaque inside says 'This telephone box designed by Sir Giles Gilbert Scott is a listed building. British Telecom.' Bill Brand BillBrand
