ROTA, Spain (March 15, 2019) Utilitiesman 1st Class Josue Gonzalez, assigned to Naval Mobile Construction Battalion (NMCB) 133, discusses the progress of the Tow Way Street lighting project site with Rear Adm. John Korka, commander of Naval Facilities Engineering Command, during his visit to Camp Mitchell onboard Naval Station Rota, Spain. NMCB-133 is forward deployed to execute construction, humanitarian and foreign assistance, and theater security cooperation in the 6th Fleet area of operations.
