Holiday or seasonal depression can be helped by utilizing the four pillars of Comprehensive Airmen Fitness. Airmen are encouraged to use the pillars to better their mental, physical, emotional and spiritual health. Some things that can help Airmen in times of stress include attending worship services (if religious), attending local and base events and activities, finding a good workout routine and trying new hobbies or crafts. They are also encouraged to seek out resources, such as the Dyess Mental Health Clinic or Chapel, if they need to talk to someone.
