rwandan refugees july 1994 the israeli field hospital we are all volunteers have been working a ten to twelve hour day since the refugees arrived two weeks ago as you can see there are no seats in the hospital we do a seven day week including the sabbath everything turns up here cholera malaria now ten cases of meningitis in theatre now we are saving the life of a soldier hacked nearly to death by the crowd after shooting two refugees
