ZHANJIANG, China (May 31, 2013) Adm. Cecil Haney, commander of Pacific Fleet, passes through side boys aboard the People’s Liberation Army (PLA) Navy ship Hengyang (FFG 568) following a ship tour. Haney’s visit to Zhanjiang, part of a wider introductory visit to China to meet with PLA officials to discuss issues of mutual concern and identify areas of further cooperation, coincides with a port visit by the guided-missile cruiser USS Shiloh (CG 67).
